Glasgow University FC Sponsorship Opportunities Season 2022/23
Glasgow University Football Club was formed in 1877 and is one of the most competitive and successful University sports clubs. The club is a full member of the Scottish FA (SFA) and a current SFA licenced club. Our First Team compete in the West of Scotland Football League and the William Hill Scottish Cup. The Club comprises of four squads who compete in respective Saturday leagues (WOS senior football league, SAFA and SYFA) and Wednesday University leagues as a part of BUCS. In addition to this, we have a strong recreational aspect to our club.
The club is seeking new sponsorship partners to ensure that it can continually improve and meet the strong
performance culture it has developed. We are an exciting club with a wide reach via our own social media networks, through the University Sports Association and also through exposure on the West of Scotland Football League Twitter account, boasting over 11,000 followers. Via this we can offer your business a unique marketing opportunity.
We are offering a range of sponsorship opportunities as detailed below. All sponsors will receive advertisements on all GUFC social media platforms (Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook).
All sponsors are awarded a season book plus one guest, allowing access for two individuals to all games at the Excelsior Stadium in Airdrie. As a part of the Glasgow University Sports Association, we have links to all the other 52 sports clubs at the university that we can put you in contact with, should you wish to enhance your exposure even further!
